We ship world wide.
Due to customization of the products we take minimum a weeks time, depending on the quantity ordered.
Cash on Delivery option is only available for orders within Agra.
We will keep the customer updated with the shipping and delivery status of the purchase through registered email/sms of the customer.
THE CCRAFT TREE will not be held liable and responsible for loss of package if the address provided by the customer is wrong/incomplete and/or non availability of the recipient.
