We do not allow exchange of products after the sale is completed.
We allow replacement of the product in case of damaged/wrong items being delivered and in that case you have to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Products should be returned in their original packaging to qualify for replacement.
Should you fail to inform us about the above said within the stipulated time and other conditions mentioned for replacement, we reserve the right to accept or reject such request from your side.
Shipping and handling charges for replacement of such defective products shall be borne us.
We will replace the defective product depending upon the warranty and/or availability of such product otherwise we reserve the right to offer you an alternate product for the same.
We do not guarantee refund if the product gets delivered to a wrong address which was provided by the customer and if the delivery is unsuccessful due to non-availability of the recipient. We will refund the required amount within 7-10 working days if the order gets cancelled from our side due to any unforeseen reasons.
Online refund will be credited to the source account from which the purchase was initially made and this process might take upto 7-10 working days.
